JCPenney wants to know your opinions about its customer service and product lineup. Let them know what you think and get 15% off next time you shop there. In this article we show you how to receive the discount.

What you’ll need to receive the discount:

  • A receipt from your last purchase at any JCPenney store in the United States or Canada
  • Around 15 minutes of your time

How to complete the survey and get the 15% discount coupon:

  • Go to JCPenney’s customer feedback website.
  • If your native language is Spanish, select that option to complete the survey. Otherwise proceed with the English version of the website.
  • Input the 22 digit access code as displayed on your receipt (see screenshot below)
  • Click on the “Start” button.
  • Next up, you will be asked some straightforward questions on your previous shopping experience with JCPenney. Try your best to be candid with your responses as they will be used to improve customer service and products in the future.
  • You will also need to provide a valid email address. Double check that you gave the correct email as your discount voucher will be sent to this address.
  • Once you have completed the survey you will receive an email with your 15% discount voucher.
